    Most motorcycle rallies around the country feature incredible bike shows, concerts, food, group rides, and other events that cater specifically to motorcycle fans. But nothing compares to the sense of community and camaraderie you’ll experience when attending one of these events. It’s a chance to connect with like-minded bike enthusiasts who all share an obsession with motorcycles. 

    If you’ve never attended a motorcycle rally before and are looking for the best one, the biggest one, or just the one closest to you, you’ve come to the right place. This list encompasses motorcycle festivals and rallies around the country, from adult-only to family-friendly events at all times of the year.

    1. Sturgis Motorcycle Rally

    When: August 2 - August 11 (2024) 

    Where: Sturgis, South Dakota

    Sturgis is one of the largest and most famous motorcycle rallies in the world, attracting upwards of 700,000 bikers annually. Coming up on its 84th year in 2024, the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is bigger and better than ever. The ten-day festival is packed with events spanning all of the Black Hills, including concerts, scenic ride s, a beard & mustache contests, a military appreciation ceremony, a tattoo contest, and of course, some of the best bike shows of the year. If you only go to one motorcycle rally in your life, Sturgis is the one to go to.

    2. Daytona Bike Week

    When: March 1 - March 10 (2024) 

    Where: Daytona, Florida

    Held annually in March, Daytona Bike Week is a jam-packed 10-day event featuring motorcycle races, concerts, bike shows, and more. This rally is second only to Sturgis in size, welcoming almost 500,000 motorcycle enthusiasts every year. The Florida spring weather is gorgeous and mild, and there are plenty of events and great food to enjoy. 

    3. Laconia Motorcycle Week

    When: June 8 - June 16 (2024)

    Where: Laconia, New Hampshire

    Having just celebrated its 100th year in 2023, Laconia Motorcycle Week is one of the oldest motorcycle rallies in the U.S. This rally is held in the scenic Lakes Region of New Hampshire and is truly unmatched in terms of amazing views. Laconia is one of the more family-friendly bike rallies with countless lodging options, from campgrounds by the lake to quaint bed and breakfasts. Laconia is one of the best ways to beat the heat of early summer and enjoy some incredible bike rides through the beautiful New England countryside. You might even earn the “This Bike Climbed Mt. Washington” sticker.

    4. Ride of the Patriots 

    When: Memorial Day Weekend

    Where: Fairfax, Virginia

    Ride of the Patriots is an annual motorcycle rally in support of American military veterans, particularly those who are prisoners of war or missing in action. Now in its 23rd year, the Ride of the Patriots has grown considerably over the years. Events are held or otherwise begin at Patriot Harley-Davidson, a large Harley-Davidson dealer in the DC Metro area, but all bikes and bikers are welcome at this event.

    5. Biketoberfest

    When: October 17 - October 20 (2024)

    Where: Daytona, Florida

    Can’t get enough of Daytona? You’re in luck. Considered the second Bike Week, Biketoberfest is a fall motorcycle rally held in Daytona Beach, full of concerts, demo rides, vendors, and so much more. Octobers in Florida are mild, which means great riding weather, too.

    6. The Republic of Texas Biker Rally

    When: June (TBD)

    Where: Austin, Texas

    Everything is bigger in Texas–including the Republic of Texas Biker Rally. This ticketed bike rally is full of events, including a motorcycle parade, live concerts, custom bike auctions, stunt rides, demonstrations, and more. Leave the kiddos at home, though–this is an adults-only event.

    7. Street Vibrations

    When: September 26 - September 29 (2024)

    Where: Reno, Nevada

    This boisterous motorcycle rally takes place in Reno and features live music, poker runs, a custom bike show, stunt rides, and more. Bikers can also enjoy long, scenic rides to stunning Lake Tahoe as part of the fun. Street Vibrations is open to all riders and motorcycles and is completely free to the public. 

    8. The One Moto Show

    When: April 19 - April 21 (2024)

    Where: Portland, Oregon

    The One Moto Show is best known for its unique and diverse display of custom motorcycles, featuring a wide range of styles from classic to contemporary and everything in between. The show typically includes custom-built bikes, rare vintage motorcycles, and showcases the craftsmanship and creativity of builders and enthusiasts. The One Moto Show has gained popularity for its inclusive approach, bringing together motorcycle enthusiasts from various backgrounds and styles. It goes beyond being just a showcase of motorcycles; the event often includes art installations, live music, and a vibrant atmosphere that celebrates the culture surrounding motorcycling.

    9. Bama Bike Fest

    When: March, June, and October

    Where: Forkland, Alabama

    Bama Bike Fest is actually held three times a year in March, June, and October. These events attract motorcycle enthusiasts from around the country and feature camping, live music, bike shows, and more. The atmosphere of the Bama Bike Fest tends to be laid-back and geared towards those who appreciate motorcycle culture and Southern culture. 

    10. Bikes, Blues, & BBQ

    When: September 18 - September 21 (2024)

    Where: Rogers, Arkansas

    Bikes, Blues, & BBQ is a large non-profit motorcycle rally that benefits women, children, and the underserved members of the Northwest Arkansas community.  Since the first rally, the organization has donated in excess of $3 million to local charities. This festival is highly inclusive and family-friendly, featuring mapped motorcycle rides, amazing barbeque, a beer garden, concerts, and more. 

    11. Moto Beach Classic

    When: October (TBD)

    Where: Huntington Beach, California

    For lovers of motorcycles, punk rock, and the beach, the Moto Beach Classic is the perfect event. One of the newest motorcycle events on this list, the Moto Beach Classic has only been around since 2017 but has already amassed a strong following of motorcycle enthusiasts in California and the surrounding area. 

    12. Roscoe’s Chili Challenge

    When: November (TBD)

    Where: Lakeland, Florida

    Roscoe's Chili Challenge is a legendary motorcycle event in Florida known for its unique blend of motorcycle activities, live entertainment, and, as the name suggests, an epic chili cook-off. This is a true, old-fashioned motorcycle rally–you can only show up to the campground on a bike. This is also an adults-only event, so leave the kids at home.

    13. Arizona Bike Week

    When: April 3 - April 7 (2024)

    Where: Scottsdale, Arizona

    Arizona Bike Week

    Arizona Bike Week is a well-rounded motorcycle festival held annually in Arizona. Featuring both family-friendly and adult-only events, this event has something for everyone, bikers and non-bikers alike. Camp with your family and enjoy motorcycle shows, nightly concerts, demos, and more at the largest motorcycle festival in the southwest. 

    14. Myrtle Beach Bike Week

    When: May 10 - May 19 (2024)

    Where: Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

    Myrtle Beach Bike Week, also known as the Myrtle Beach Spring Bike Rally, is one of the most popular motorcycle events on the East Coast, attracting riders from all over the country. In addition to motorcycle shows, drag races, and more, the Myrtle Beach nightlife is particularly lively, and the beach itself is a popular tourist destination, which means there’s no shortage of entertainment during this event.

    15. Four Corners Motorcycle Rally

    When: August 29 - September 2 (2024)

    Where: Durango, Colorado

    The Four Corners Motorcycle Rally is named after the Four Corners, the only point in the country where the boundaries of four states meet: Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. The region offers scenic and diverse landscapes, making it a popular destination for motorcycle enthusiasts. Riders often take advantage of the event to explore the beautiful roads of each of the four states. The event also includes race tracks, poker runs, camping, and many more attractions.

    16. Gettysburg Bike Week

    When: July 11 - July 14 (2024)

    Where: Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

    Held annually in historic Gettysburg, PA, this bike festival is open to all and features a wide variety of entertainment, from motorcycle stunt shows to concerts, vendors, and more. The event spans several days packed with incredible vendors and camaraderie between motorcycle enthusiasts of all ages.

    17. Road America: MotoAmerica Superbikes & Vintage MotoFest

    When: May 31 - June 2 (2024)

    Where: Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin

    18. Build. Train. Race.

    BTR is not just a racing series. Build. Train. Race. is the first all-woman initiative in the country that teaches women how to build and race their own motorcycles. This racing series features two disciplines (flat track and road racing) and tours around the country, spreading their mission to empower other women to embrace the motorcycling lifestyle.

    19. Fuel Cleveland

    When: July 26 - July 28 (2024)

    Where: Bath, Ohio

    20. Flat Out Friday

    Where: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

    Where: Orange County, California
